Finding the stillness within

A weekend retreat that will give you the opportunity to find your own stillness within.
We will be immersing ourselves in a weekend of mindfulness, practicing Zen Insight meditations to support you in finding your own stillness and perhaps gaining deeper insight into your true nature.
The weekend is suitable for anyone interested in improving their health and wellbeing alongside those who are also seeking to deepen their practice and insight.
Led by two qualified Mindfulness & Meditation teachers, we will practice sitting, walking and active meditations, mindful movement, eating and creativity. Private one to one sessions will also be available with a teacher throughout.
The weekend will be held mostly in silence, apart from teaching and 1:1 Sanzen
Suitable for beginners and regular meditators.
