Yoga & Somatic Movement Retreat

This Yoga and Somatic Movement Retreat will give you time and space to connect more deeply with yourself and reset your inner compass as we transition into spring. Suitable for any level of practitioner who is looking to practice with awareness and a willingness to soften and let go. Surrounded by nature, this is the perfect place to unwind, relax, walk, think, connect, nourish and get away from it all. Nutritious vegetarian food and a wonderful massage will add to your sense of wellbeing and ease and give your immune system a hearty boost. You are free to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this beautiful haven though walks over the stunning countryside on your own or with fellow retreaters.
